Cleaning of plate heat exchanger 1. There are two cleaning methods for super change plate heat exchanger used in copper processing: manual cleaning and on-site cleaning. If the conditions are met, the local cleaning system should be used as far as possible, because the local cleaning system can pump water or cleaning solution to the inside of the device, and there is no need to disassemble the heat exchanger. If the on-site cleaning system is not practical for your factory, you can clean the device by manual cleaning. The following will focus on the on-site cleaning steps for some brief discussion. 2. Precautions for plate cleaning  1  do not use hydrochloric acid or chloride with concentration more than 300 × Wash stainless steel plate with 10-6 water.  2  do not use phosphoric acid or sulfuric acid to clean titanium plate.  3  generally, the concentration of cleaning solution should be less than 4%  except for special circumstances  the temperature of cleaning solution should not exceed 60 ℃. 3. CIP is the preferred way to clean the plates, especially when the process liquid in the superchange unit is corrosive. After one operation cycle, the residual liquid should be drained through the drain pipe to avoid corrosion of the plate. When cleaning the heat exchanger, follow the following steps.  1  drain the liquid in the inlet and outlet pipes on both sides of the heat exchanger. If the drainage is not enough, the process liquid can be forced out with water. Wash both sides of the heat exchanger with warm water at about 43 ℃ until the outflow water becomes clear and contains no process fluid.
